Publication of the professional equality index between women and men

In accordance with legal provisions, the Guisnel Group calculates and declares, each year, its gender equality index for the companies GUISNEL DISTRIBUTION and GUISNEL LOCATION.

This index is established according to several indicators such as:

Pay gaps between women and men, according to their age groups and socio-professional categories (CSP) 40 points
Differences in individual salary increase rates, excluding promotions, between women and men 20 points
The percentage of employees given a raise upon their return from maternity leave 15 points
The number of employees of the under-represented sex in the 10 highest paid 10 points
If the maximum number of points that can be obtained in total is less than 75, the final score cannot be calculated. This is the case for both GUISNEL DISTRIBUTION and GUISNEL LOCATION, for the period between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023.

The map of professions within our Group shows that the main professions are linked to road driving and handling. It is admitted that there is an over-representation of men in these professions.

However, the fact remains that the Management of Maison Guisnel is attentive to the employment of women and the absence of salary disparity. Thus, in the Group's other businesses, we see parity.

A company agreement on Professional Equality between Women and Men and Quality of life at work is also in force within our Group.

In addition, to avoid salary disparities, salary scales exist by position level and equal treatment is provided for professional developments between women and men.
